The short version
- We do not know who you are. No login, no name, no email.
- We store your ratings under a random secret key, and a scrambled version of your IP network. The scrambled IP is only there to stop spam and double votes.
- Other visitors only see averages. Never your single ratings.
- No ads, no analytics, no selling or sharing of data.
- You can delete everything yourself, any time.
What we store online
- Your ratings: the agent, the 6 heart scores, the outfits you picked, and when you last changed it.
- Your secret key, as a hash. A hash is a one way scramble. We cannot read your key back from it.
- Your IP network, as a keyed hash. That is your IPv4 address, or the /64 network of your IPv6 address, scrambled with a secret that only the server has. We also store when your key was made and last used.
What we do not store
Your real IP address, your name, email, location, device or browser details. We set no cookies of our own.
Why
To show the ranking, to let you see and change your ratings on any device with your key, and to stop bots and double votes. Only one rating per agent counts for each IP network.
Who can see what
- Other visitors: only the average per agent and how often each outfit was picked.
- The site owner: can read the database. Your single ratings are in it, under an anonymous hash and not under your name. The scrambled IP cannot be turned back directly, but there are few IPv4 addresses, so whoever has the server secret could find one by trying. The scramble protects you if the database leaks. It is not meant to hide you from the owner.
On your device
Your ratings and your secret key are saved in your browser storage, not in cookies, so they stay on your device. Clearing your browser data removes them from the device.
Other parties
- Cloudflare delivers this site and blocks bots. It sees your IP address and your requests, and it may set a security cookie.
- Hetzner hosts the server. The server keeps no access log. Its app log holds only short technical notes that rotate out, for example the first 8 characters of an IP hash when a new key is made.
- No other company gets your data. This site loads no outside scripts, fonts, ads or trackers.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. Server backups are kept for 14 days, so deleted data can stay in a backup for up to 14 days. The owner may remove spam or bot ratings at any time.
Your control
- Delete: open Backup and restore (top right) and choose Delete my data. It removes your key and all your ratings from this device and from the server at once.
- Keep: save your key to use your ratings on another device. If you lose the key, nobody can recover your ratings, because nobody knows who you are.
